Document Description
The proposed development consists of a new seven story, mixed-use building, comprised of residential, retail, and office uses, as well as associated parking. The basement level will include 91 parking stalls as well as 16,500 sf of storage area. The first floor will include ~43,000 sf of retail space and 17 parking stalls (2 of the 19 stalls shown on the ground floor plan will need to be removed to allow for cars to turn around). The second floor will include ~35,000 sf of office space and 47 parking stalls. On the third through seventh levels, the project will provided up to 66 one-two and three-bedroom residential units, inlcuding two-story town-homes on the 6th and 7th floors. An additional 188 parking stalls will be provided on the 3rd through 6th floors.
