The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a new municipal water supply well (Bouquet Well) for the SCWD. The project site is located at the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and the Bouquet Channel, near Festividad Drive. The site is a vacant graded pad that is largely devoid of vegetation located adjacent to the Bouquet Channel and single-family residential homes. The project site is a triangular-shaped parcel of ~12,000 sf. Access to the project site would be provided from Abajo Drive, which is a cul-de-sac off Festividad Drive. A fenced and gated maintenance access road currently exists along the Bouquet Channel, which would provide access from Abajo Drive to the project site.
