Document Description
DWR will convey up tp 450 acre ft, annually, of Central Valley Project (CVP) water for the Reclamation, to a turnout in Reach 2A of the California Aqueduct for National Cemetery use. The CVP water supply will be conveyed from teh Clifton Court Forebay at the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, through State Water Project (SWP) facilities, and to a turnout in Reach 2A of the California Aqueduct. No construction or modification of facilities are required for this project. Three-party contracts among DWR, Reclamation, and the VA will be signed, and DWR will be reimbursed for the use of SWP facilities. The term of the agreement will be from MArch 1, 2003 through February 28, 2011 with an option to extend through February 28, 2012.
