Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Manning Avenue Bridge Replacement Project where it crosses the Kings River. The Project will remove the existing bridge, piers, and abutments, remove the existing piers from the abandoned railroad bridge adjacent to the existing Manning Avenue Bridge, realign Manning Avenue to the north, and construct a new bridge over the Kings River to improve public safety, which the California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
