Document Description
The project would replace the structurally deficient Manning Avenue Bridge over the Kings River to improve public safety. The proposed project would also install new curb, gutter and meandering sidewalk ~1250 ft along both sides of Manning Avenue from the east end of the Kings River Bridge to the I Street intersection curb return.
