The East Niles Community Services District has constructed and is proposing to operate one new 800,000 gallon water storage tank (Kern Citrus Tank) to be used for additional storage and blending capabilities. The East Niles CSD completed an Addendum on December 29, 2010 which addresses the additional 200,000 gallon capacity not included in the original negative declaration.
