Document Description
Request by Craig and Sheri Wood for a Minor Use Permit to allow the establishment of a wine processing facility with an estimated case production of 5,000 cases annually. The project will include the conversion of 2 existing agricultural building of 3,500 sf and 3,000 sf each into wine processing and barrel storage and construction of 2 additonal 3,000 sf barrel storage buildings and a 1,500 sf covered crush pad. There is no public wine tasting or special events proposed. The project will result in the disturbance of ~12,000 sf on a 63.2 acre parcel.
