Document Description
The 2009 Housing Element Update is a statement by the City of Los Banos of its current and future housing needs. The purpose of the Housing Element is to establish goals, policies and programs that address identified housing needs. The Housing Element has been prepared to meet the requirements of State Law (Section 65580-65589.8 of the Government Code) and community objectives as stated in the General Plan and analyzes housing needs and resources and constraints to meet the needs of the community.
