Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0128-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Ty Warner Hotels and Resorts, LLC.
The primary goal of the proposed project is to create a "Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course." In addition to infrastructure improvements and recontouring the golf course, three unnamed seasonal drainages occur in the project area, and will undergo habitat restoration activities as part of the project. Concrete riprap, non-native vegetation, and other debris will be removed from the creeks and replaced with native riparian vegetation. Two sediment basins and a 15,000 sf ponded water feature will be created, and a 625 ft long reach that is currently buried in a culvert will be exposed to create and restore a natural conveyance with native riparian shrubs and ground cover.
