Document Description
The proposed Project will redevelop the site with a mixed-use, transit-oriented development consisting of approximately 393 multi-family units and 26,500 square feet of retail, restaurant and/or office uses. The proposed Project will also include approximately three outdoor advertising signs. One sign will be double-faced, digital, and visible from the 105 Freeway. The other two signs will be non-digital. The residential units will be in a five-story building with commercial uses on the ground floor and basement parking, as well as two-story townhouse units proposed adjacent to the existing single-family residential neighborhood. The proposed Project will provide open courtyards and a pool on the second floor.
