Document Description
The proposed project is the proposed New Community Plan, or restudy, of the West Los Angeles Community Plan, which is intended to replace the existing 1999 West Los Angeles community Plan and to guide development through 2035. Implementation of the project would amend, refine, and establish overlay districts within the West Los Angeles planning area (CPA) and the Palms subarea. General Plan amendments and zone changes would be necessary to implement the goals of the General Plan. Additionally, the project would amend the West Los Angeles Transportation Improvement and Mitigation Specific Plan (TIMP) in the Palms subarea.
