Request by Evalena Smith for a minor agricultural cluster and vesting tentative parcel map (CO04-0275) to subdivide an existing 1,280 acre parcel into 7 parcels including 6 parcels of 20 acres each and one 1,160 acre buildable open space parcel, for the purpose of sale and/or development. The project will result in the disturbance of ~3,000 sf of a 1,280 acre parcel. The division will improve one existing on-site road. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located at 9689 Carissa Highway (Highway 58).
