GPA 09-001) of the 1990 Ivanhoe Community Plan (ICP), a component of the Land Use and Circulation Elements of the General Plan. The request is to change the land use designation of ~4.57 acres on APN 107-162-032 from Commercial to High Density Residential and a change of zone application (Case No. PZ 09-002) for the subject parcel from General Commercial/Site Plan Review (C-2-SR) to High Density Residential (R-3). The project site is currently vacant land and appurtenant amenities such as a clubhouse and outdoor play and picnic areas.
