This environmental document is an addendum to the Wastewater Treatment Facility Tertiary Upgrade project (approved project) MND, adopted in June 2009, by the city of Orange Cove. Since adoption of the IS/MND was approximately seven years prior, changes to the environmental setting may have occurred, thus requiring further environmental analysis. Any potential changes to the environmental setting are addressed in this addendum. As demonstrated in this addendum, the IS/MND continues to serve as the appropriate document addressing the environmental impacts of these changes, pursuant to CEQA. The project involves a series of upgrades and improvements at the city's WWTP to install a tertiary treatment process.
