The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SDO-41834-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, San Dieguito River Park. The Project is the continuation of the existing San Dieguito Watershed invasive plant control program along the San Dieguito River. The purpose of the program is to enhance ecological functions of the San Dieguito River watershed by removing non-native invasive plants.
