Vulcan Materials Company, Western Division has submitted an Application to the City of Azusa for a Revised Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Reclamation Plan, and a Development Agreement to modify the existing mining areas and reclamation approach at its Azusa Rock Quarry. For the purposes of this EIR, the Proposed Project includes the activities that would occur if the Revised CUP and Reclamation Plan are approved. A Development Agreement would be executed between the City of Azusa and the Applicant.
