Document Description
Project proposes the advertisement and subsequent construction contract award to the lowest responsible bidder for the San Vicente Road Improvement Project. Upon Board approval, the Department of Purchasing and Contracting will advertise and subsequently award a contract for construction. Minor design modifications have occurred to the project since the Final EIR was previously certified on January 26, 2011 (03). The County's Environmental Review Update Checklist dated February 13, 2014 determined that the minor changes to the project description do not require subsequent environmental analysis or documentation and no new information of substantial importance has become available since the FEIR was prepared. Accordingly, in accordance with Section 15164 of the CEQA Guidelines an Addendum was prepared.
