DFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (SAA #1600-2010-0324-R5) to the project applicant, County of San Diego. The applicant proposes to alter the stream in order to install and/or replace culverts in drainages crossing the existing roadway as part of the San Vicente Road Improvement Project, which proposes to improve the roadway line-of-sight for motorists, improve traffic operartions, improve stormwater conveyance to accomondate the 100-year flood, and improve safety for bicyclists, pedestrians, and equestrains through the installation of designated facilities.
