Document Description
Construction of a City park with active and passive recreational uses and an access road to the park through the contiguous private property to the west (Newport Banning Ranch). No nighttime lighting, other than for public safety, is proposed. No nighttime park uses are proposed. The project would include the following uses and facilities: 1 baseball field; 2 soccer fields; playground/picnic area; memorial garden; overlook area with shade structure; pedestrian pathways and bike rack; restrooms facilities; up to 119 parking spaces. Off-site widening of and signalization on West Coast Highway.
