NOTE: Review Per Lead The basic function of the ALUCP is to promote compatibility between Montgomery Field and the land uses that surround the Airport and, as such, the ALUCP includes specified limitations and conditions on the future development of new residential, commercial and other noise- and risk-sensitive uses surrounding the Airport. The ALUCP provides land use compatibility policies and criteria for the area surrounding the Airport, and consists of several components, includes the provision of airport information, compatibility policies and criteria, compatibility zone maps, procedural policies, and land use information.
