Document Description
The Proposed project consists of a Specific Plan to allow for the development of a high-cube warehouse distribution facility on approximately 31.0 acres north of Baseline Road and west of Cactus Avenue. The proposed Project would include appropriate landscaping and onsite improvements as required by the City of Rialto, Planning Department. The proposed Project would access Baseline Road at three points opposite Idyllwild and Glenwood Avenues. Stop signs will be installed at each project access location for traffic exiting the project site. There are no later phases of the project, or any secondary, support or off-site features necessary for its implementation.
