Document Description
The project is an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility. The facility includes a 40-foot tall mono-broadleaf and associated equipment consisting of an equipment shelter and emergency shelter and emergency generator enclosed by an eight-foot high Concrete Masonry Unit wall. Trenching would be located within the existing access road and additional landscaping, including Engelmann Oaks and California Lilacs, would be planted to provide additional screening for the proposed facility.
