Note: Review Per Lead Caltrans proposes to widen US 101 as necessary to provide a part-time, continuous access HOV lane in each direction extending from 0.22 mile south of the Bailard Ave Overcrossing in the city of Carpinteria (PM 1.4) to Sycamore Creek in the city of Santa Barbara (PM 12.3).
