Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the Project applicant, Mr. John Mallyon. The Project involves the construction of town (2) 60-inch diameter siphoned pipelines to cross underneath the Fresno Slough Bypass Main Channel, between Basin 2 and the James Main Canal, the placement of fill for a water control structure across the auxiliary channel, and the placement of fill within three (3) cross-channels that receive backwater from the Main Bypass Channel. The construction activity in Fresno Slough Bypass Channel will include trenching, installation of concrete pipe, embankment fill, and restoring the channel back to its original condition.
