Note: EIR Withdrawn on 3/13/18 The project proponent is requesting: (a) one GPA from map code designation R-IA to LI on 108 acres, SI on 159 acres, HC on 9.01 acres, GC on 22 acres of the proposed site; (b) one change in zone classification from the existing A to M-1 PD on 108 acres, M-2 PD on 159 acres, CH PD on 25 acres and C-2 PD Plant and the construction of WTP in an M-2 District; (d) an exclusion of 257.57 acres from the boundaries of ag preserve no. 13. The propose project would allow the development of an industrial park with a max of 4,613,004 sf of net building area.
