Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to correct deficiencies in the existing grounding systems at various pumping plants. The project proposes to connect existing electrical cables within existing buildings to grounding rods in the ground, correct other deficiencies identified from previous surveys, and install a transient voltage surge suppression system and RF surge suppressors at various sites.
