Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to grade the patrol road and adjacent right-of-way associated with the Upper Feeder pipeline just north of Station 743+00. The modification and repair to the road and right-of-way would correct/reduce the mud and debris flow into the street intersection of Willow Drive and Poplar Avenue.
