1) Lowering baseflow in Rush Creek from 36-cfs will store more water in Grant Reservoir which in turn will help ensure cooler water temperatures will be available in August and September for trough fishery, 2) Department of Fish and Game also support this petition, 3) Water Board appointed scientist have request the flow change for their habitat mapping study on Lee Vining Creek.
