Minimum baseflow requirements from the State Water Resources Control board's Decision 1631 in the Mono Basin are being modified temporary to: 1)help store water in Grant Reservoir so that cooler water will be available for the benefit of trout fishery in rush Creek; 2)allow the Water Board appointed stream scientist to conduct habitat mapping in Lee Vining Creek.
