Document Description
Transfer approximately 200 cubic yards of sediment from a location within the reservoir in front of the upstream ends of two 30 inch low level outlets, near the center of the Balch Diversion Dam to an area in the northeast corner of the reservoir, using powered suction hoses on a floating barge. Existing roads will be used to access the work area.
