Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15062, the City of Benicia, as the primary party responsible for activities involving the removal of abandoned vessels and marine debris located in the Southampton Bay adjacent to the Benicia shoreline, as required as a matter of enforcement of removal of unauthorized bay filled by the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, has elected to publish this notice of exemption.
