Approval of a Removal Action Workplan (RAW) by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) pursuant to Health & Safety Code, chapter 6.8; chapter 6.5 as submitted on August 12, 2008 by WEST Environmental Services & Technology. The RAW proposes soil consolidation and capping of existing soil contamination from an onsite former burn dump, implementation of a land use covenant (LUC), and operation and maintenance of the cap as a final remedy to provide protection human health and the environment.
