Document Description
Remove existing roofing, gutters, downspouts, hatches, skylights, and associated fasteners. All old roofing materials containing hazardous and toxic wastes will be disposed of using hazardous debris removal procedures, and hazardous waste recovery and disposal procedures, as required by applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. The roofs and all other appurtenances will be replaced with new materials.
