Replacement or Reconstruction - the retrofitted parking area will be located withint he existing parking area and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the existing parking area replacee. Minor Alterations to land - the replacement of exisitng landscape with water-efficient landscape will not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees; and Information Collection - the data collection on the low impact development features will be used as part of tha broader southern California study of low impact development technologies.
