Patterns of wet pavement collisions have been identified at the above noted three locations over the last three years of available data. To reduce collisions that occur in wet pavements, the project proposes to place open graded asphalt concrete at these locations: Pla-80PM 16.87/17.83, Pla-193-PM 7.9/8.1, But-191-PM 7.35/8.55
