The property is located below Bullards Bar Dam and Recreation Area on the North and South Yuba River State Park at Bridgeport. The community of Oregon House is located approximately 2 miles from the project site and the properties consist of Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN): 048-210-009, 012, 016, 017, 019, 020; 048-270-012, 013; 048-290-001, 004; 064-260-015, 016, 017.
