Document Description
The project is a land acquisition and transfer of 12 parcels totaling 552.82 acres with the intent of protecting the land in its existing use. All parcels are located within the River Highlands Community Plan and have a land use designation of Rural Residential and zoning of "RR-5" Rural Residential (5 acre minimum lot size). No permits or approvals are needed for the land acquisition; however a CEQA document is required for the applicant to receive grants needed to purchase the property.
