Document Description
The proposed project will improve safety along the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 in Shasta County by increasing the horizontal curve radius, increasing sight distance, and increasing the clear recovery zone. This will be achieved by widening the existing pavement by 20', and applying an overlay to the existing, and new, pavement with open graded asphalt concrete.
