Conduct routine maintenance activities that are subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 in Napa County. Routine Maintenance shall be defined as those peridically scheduled activities that are necessary to: remove debris and obstructions, silt, sand, and sediment, control vegetation, repair existing faciliites, replenish rip rap, and replace culverts to maintain design capacity of the channel and protect the facility.
