After over 40 years of operation, Arvin-Edison Water Storage District's (AEWSD or District) aging water distribution infrastructure require selective replacement and upgrades of various components with more modern technology to improve dependability and reduce the high costs of on-going operations, maintenance and repairs. The Forrest Frick Pumping Plant (FFPP), a critical and major feature of the District's water distribution system, is one of the District's highst priorities for rehabilitation.
