Document Description
The proposed Project would install two (2) footbridges over Haystack Creek when surface water has ceased to flow in the creek. The upper bank would be excavated and conrete abutments and wing walls would be constructed to support the 12-foot wide bridge deck. Three (3) coast live oak trees and two (2) non-native trees (1 peach and 1 palm) would be removed from the Project site and five (5) willows would be trimmed to allow access to the site. Erosion and sediment control practices would be implemented upon completion of construction. The Project is needed to provide pedestrian traffic across the creek.
