Document Description
DRWD and TLBWSD, both State Water Project (SWP) contractors, propose to deliver a portion of their respective SWP supplies to their areas by sharing their respective turnouts from time to time to provide flexibility in delivery of water to their landowners. There is no construction, land use change, or modification to existing facilities that will occur. No new lands will be brought into production as a result of the conveyance.
