Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0198-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Granite Bay Development. The project is limited to extension of an existing culvert located in an intermittent drainage channel that crosses through the northeast corner of the project site. Extension of the culvert is necessary to accommodate an emergency vehicle access road that will be constructed at the eastern boundary of lot 1 to provide gated-access for emergency vehicles from the cul-de-sac to be constructed off to Pastor Lane to Sky View Lane.
