Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead El Dorado County plans to signalize and improve the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and Patterson Drive. The Project Area consists of ~1,800 ft of Pleasant Valley Road (SR 49), short segments of Ryan Drive and Lake Oaks Drive, a portion of the vacant lot on the southwest corner as a potential staging area, ~850 feet of Patterson Drive, and most of the existing commercial property (Tower Mart store) frontage. Proposed improvements include the widening of the approaches to the intersection; the addition of turn pockets; installation of traffic signals; installation of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks; grading and paving; drainage improvements, and minor landscaping.
