- NOTE: Review Per Lead The proposed project is to repair, upgrade, or replace 36 existing drainage facilities on US Highway 101 from 0.4 miles north of Baechtel Creek Bridge in Willits to 0.2 miles of south of Cummings Road Under-crossing near Legget in Mendocino County. The proposed work would also line, upgrade, or pave inverts on existing culverts, install overside drains, replace headwalls, place flared end sections, place horizontal drain collector systems, clean drainage systems, and place rock energy dissipators at identified locations.
