Document Description
The OHMVR Division previously certified an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Over Snow Vehicle (OSV) Program, Program Years 2010-2020 and adopted a Program Update Addendum in 2020. OSV Program funds support motorized winter recreation via grooming snow trails on designated trail systems in national forests, access road and parking area snow plowing, and restroom maintenance. The OHMVR Division prepared an Addendum assessing the impacts of adding Salmon Lake Road grooming to the Bassetts/Gold Lake Trail System. The Addendum did not find any new environmental impacts or identify the need for new mitigation.
