- OHMVR Division proposes snow program funding in 11 National Forests for the operation, maintenance and grooming of winter recreation trails and trailheads within the Project Area. The groomed trails are predominately maintained for snowmobile of OSV use. The project locations extend from the Oregon border south towards Bakersfield. In total, the Project involves plowing 97 miles of access road, plowing and maintaining 34 trailhead parking areas (garbage collection and restroom cleaning), and grooming ~1,761 miles of trail.
