Document Description
In April of 2006, the County Board of Supervisors certified the Hillview EIR to allow a 35-lot residetnial subdivision. The adequacy of the EIR was challenged in the Contra Costa County Superior Court. The Court found that the EIR's cumulative traffic analysis was deficient. Pursuant to the court's ruling, a Supplemental EIR is bieng prepared to address the identified deficiencies in the cumulative traffic analysis of the EIR.
