The Proposed Action consists of diverting available water from SEWD's conveyance systems into recharge cells at the Project site. Results form the demonstration project would be evaluated to determine if the demonstration scale testing was successful and met criteria for consideration for Long-Term Operation and Maintenance. The Proposed Action would include grading and system installation activities, as well as system operation and maintenance required.
