The Proposed Action consists of pumping stored surface water from the aquifer for agricultural, municipal, and industrial use. The Proposed Action would include grading and well construction activities, as well as system operation and maintenance. Construction will take from 6 to 12 months to complete and monitoring and evaluation could take from 3 to 6 yrs before a decision is made to make an individual site permanent.
