Document Description
Prezoning of ~230 acres of land, located at the southeast end of the Tiburon Peninsula in unincorporated Marin County. In addition, the Tiburon General Plan would be amended to change the land use designations of 22 parcels (3.4 acres) within the prezoning area to correspond to those of the Marin Countywide Plan and Zoning Map to avoid the creation of non-conforming uses.
